Talking to Stakeholders

During the initial stages of the project, I took the initiative to conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gain valuable insights into our target audience.

The findings revealed that our primary users are predominantly lecturers and students aged between 23 and 45 years old. Armed with this crucial information, I made strategic decisions to shape the tone of voice and color scheme for our website.

To resonate with this specific audience, the tone of voice was carefully crafted to strike a balance between professionalism and approachability, ensuring clear communication while fostering a friendly atmosphere.

Additionally, the chosen colors were selected to evoke a sense of academic sophistication while maintaining a modern and vibrant appeal that would captivate both lecturers and students alike. By aligning our design choices with the preferences and characteristics of our target users, we aim to create a compelling and user-centric website that speaks directly to the needs and interests of lecturers and students in the age group of 23 to 45.
